Electropneumtics’
pneumatic cylinders are made of high quality seemless tubes. The range
of these cylinders is from 10 mm bore to 350mm bore size, and stroke
lengths of up to 3,500mm. These are rated for continuous operation for
air pressure up to 150 per sq inch (10kg/sq cm) and maximum temperature
of
70oC.
Some
of its features are:
1. Seamless
hard drawn pipe honed and hard chrome plated internally to 60 RC
2.
Piston rod is ground, micro-finished and hard chrome plated. A selection
of rod diameters is available with each bore size
3.
Synthetic- rubber seals with an extra long and rigid inner lip and a
comparatively shorter outer lip providing minimum friction
4.
Special grease pocket filled with grease for lubrication

Cast iron heavy-duty, oxidised end covers

Specially designed floating cushions

This
two wire braid hose from Gates India is recommended for high pressure
hydraulic oil lines. It is also suitable for use with non-skive ferrules.
The tubes are of oil resistant synthetic rubber (Nitrile). The covers
are oil and abrasion resistant thin synthetic rubber (modified Nitrile).
For Hydraulic lines, the temperature range is (-)40oC to (+)100oC.

PX5500
Series pressure transducers
PX5500
Series pressure transducers are designed to perform in demanding industrial
and research applications. They have a 10 year MTBF rate and are stable
to 0.1 per cent of FSO over an 18 months period. Strain gages and associated
structures are sputter-deposited directly onto the pressure-sensing
element, eliminating the need for adhesives. The resulting molecular
bond between the sensing element and the strain gages is said to reduce
shifting, drifting and creep. The design of the PX5500 sensing element
results in a small, low-mass sensor that reduces the effects of mechanical
vibration and shock. The model is available in voltage and millivolt
outputs.
