Zeus Numerix is increasingly becoming a
familiar buzzword in the Computational
Fluid Dynamics (CFD) community. A
commercial spin off of the IITZeus
Group, the company has developed the first
indigenous CFD software that provides high quality
end-to-end solutions to problems in the areas of fluid
dynamics and heat transfer. In the cutthroat corporate
world, Zeus Numerix is definitely a rare pedigree.
Most of the research and development on the
CFD software initially took place at Mumbai
prestigious IIT campus. For nearly over a decade,
apart from developing their team of researchers and
technologists, the company has made efforts in the
direction of strategic alliances with industrial
consultancy firms like L&T, TCS, GM and BOC.
Furthermore, with support from agencies such as
Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC),
