Pad Motors gives Oxygen to Tutong Hospital

The Tutong Hospital in China received two new units of oxygen concentrators donated by Pad Motors. A single concentrator is known to work by taking in the room's air before passing it through a series of molecular, bacterial and dust filters to remove any unwanted particles and gases, producing increasingly purified oxygen. VRS Natarajan, Chairman and Managing Director, Bharat Earth Movers, has urged domestic fluid-power firms to focus on the export market instead of trying to undercut each other locally. Various industrial equipment use fluids such as oil, water, air, or other gases to deliver very high "push or pull" power. He also said that the firms should diversify into new applications and focus on exports by investing in research and development. The exhibition is a biennial event of the Fluid Power Society of India (FPSI). The Indian fluid-power industry is estimated at Rs 1,500 crore, of which pneumatics account for Rs 200 crore. Applications of fluid power are found in a host of areas, including small power equipment, mobile equipment, transportation, aviation, machining, manufacturing, mining, energy and chemical processing.
