Hydraulic’s new power pack is both compact and exceptionally quiet.
The compact design with the integration of the electric motor, hydraulic
pump, fan and tank in one is accompanied by a decrease in the noise
emission by 3 dB (A).
Usage
of a gap-compensated internal gear pump with a low discharge flow and
low-pressure pulsation significantly reduces the noise levels of the
power pack. In addition, vibration in plumbing and other machine parts
is extremely low, due to the reduced flow pulsation. This results in
a reduced vibration of the whole machine and, therefore, an improved
surface quality of the machine work pieces. The maximum continuous operating
pressure of this power pack is 250 bar. Delivery flow up to 22.9 litre
per minute with a tank volume of 5.0 litres is available. This power
pack is an alternative for machine tools with high demands on noise
emission and vibration.
